Usage rights

Usage rights.

These rules explain how you may use your finished work and the materials supplied by Award.vibe.

Version 1.0Updated July 16, 2026

1. Permitted use

You may publish and commercially use your original implementation, adapt it for personal or client projects, and show your finished work in portfolios and case studies.

2. Restricted use

You may not share, sell, sublicense or publish the prompts, protected references, downloadable source materials or access to the Award.vibe library. You may not present the original reference design as your own work.

3. Your implementation

The code and original creative decisions you produce while following the projects are yours. You may modify, publish and commercially use that finished work, subject to third-party rights.

4. Learning material

Your purchase grants one person a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the prompts, written guidance, project structure and protected references for their own learning and production workflow.

5. Portfolio disclosure

You may show your result publicly. Be accurate about your role and do not imply authorship or ownership of reference artwork supplied by third parties.

6. Third-party assets

Fonts, photographs, icons, trademarks and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licences. Unless an asset is expressly marked for commercial reuse, replace it or obtain the appropriate licence before publication.

7. Team use

One purchase is for one individual. If several people need direct access to the prompts or protected references, each person needs their own licence unless a team licence is expressly provided.

8. Questions

For questions about a specific client, commercial or portfolio use, contact support@freescale.site before publishing.
