Terms and Conditions

Clear rules.
Creative freedom.

These Terms govern your Award.vibe account, purchases and use of our digital prompt guides.

Version 1.0Effective July 21, 2026

1. Who we are

Award.vibe is the trading name used for this service. Your contracting seller is the person or entity identified in the Legal Notice, at checkout and on your payment receipt. Contact: support@freescale.site.

2. The service

Award.vibe supplies digital guides containing original prompt sequences, build instructions, visual references, quality checks and links to selected third-party tools or assets. The guides are intended to help you produce your own website implementation with AI-assisted coding tools.

AI tools, hosting, fonts, stock media, Spline or other third-party subscriptions are not included unless the offer expressly says otherwise. Compatibility requirements and the exact content included are displayed before purchase.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. One account is for one individual unless a team licence is expressly purchased. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and must contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

You may buy through supported checkout flows before creating an account. In that case, use the same email address to connect the purchase to your account or recover access.

4. Offers and payment

The price, currency, taxes, content included and billing cadence shown at checkout form part of your order. Payments are processed by Stripe; Award.vibe does not receive your complete card number. Access is activated only after successful payment confirmation.

A yearly offer, where available, covers the period stated at checkout and may renew only if the checkout clearly identifies it as recurring. You can cancel future renewals without removing access already paid for during the current term.

“Lifetime access” means access to the purchased Award.vibe product for as long as that product is commercially operated and technically available. It is a one-time payment, not a promise that the service will exist for the natural lifetime of the buyer. If a permanent shutdown becomes necessary, we will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice or an export/download opportunity.

5. Delivery

Digital access is normally provided immediately after confirmed payment through the purchase email or account. You are responsible for providing a working email address and compatible device, browser and third-party tools. If access is not delivered, contact support with the payment email so we can investigate and restore eligible access.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights. If you are an EEA or UK consumer, you may have a statutory withdrawal period for distance purchases. For digital content supplied immediately, that right may be lost only where the law allows it and after you have given the required express consent and acknowledgement before supply begins.

If no lawful exception applies, or if digital content is faulty, unavailable or materially different from its description, contact us at support@freescale.site. Eligible refunds are returned through the original payment method. Refund requests do not affect remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Licence and permitted use

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased guides to create original implementations for your own projects and client work. Your finished original code and creative additions remain yours, subject to third-party rights.

You may not share account access; publish, sell, sublicense or redistribute the guides; reproduce protected references as a competing library; remove access controls; scrape the service; or use the material to train a competing dataset or prompt product. Full details appear in the Usage Rights.

8. References and third-party rights

References are supplied for learning, analysis and transformation. They do not transfer ownership of third-party brands, artwork, photographs, fonts, models or other assets. Unless a resource is expressly marked for commercial reuse, you must obtain the appropriate licence or replace it before publishing commercial work.

Award.vibe is independent from the AI, design and hosting tools mentioned in the guides. Those services operate under their own terms and may change or become unavailable.

9. AI-assisted results

Prompts and guides improve the build process but do not guarantee an identical visual result, uninterrupted operation, commercial success or legal clearance. AI output can contain errors. You remain responsible for reviewing generated code, security, accessibility, licences, claims and suitability before publication.

10. Availability and changes

We may maintain, secure and improve the service, replace broken third-party links, update guides and make reasonable interface changes. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, but we will use reasonable care to restore material outages. Purchased access will not be deliberately removed merely because the public price changes.

11. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, security harm, account sharing, unlawful use or a serious breach of these Terms. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and offer a chance to remedy the issue. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion, subject to records we must retain by law.

12. Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. To the extent permitted by law, Award.vibe is not responsible for indirect losses, lost opportunities or failures caused by third-party tools, user modifications or use contrary to the guide. For business users, aggregate liability relating to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase, except where such a limitation is prohibited.

13. Governing rules

These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the seller identified in the Legal Notice. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available in your country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. The date and version will be shown above. Material changes affecting existing paid access will be communicated through the service or by email where reasonably possible. The terms accepted at purchase remain available on request.
